RETURN POLICIES FOR ORDERS WITH DELIVERY IN ITALY

If the purchase you make does not meet your expectations, or if you need to change size or color, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns can be made free of charge by bringing the goods to one of our points direct sales or with shipping to the office at a cost of €5 which will automatically be deducted from the refund. You can find the complete list of enabled shops here.

Do you need to make a change?

If you need to make an exchange, you have the option of requesting an exchange for a different size or color. It is not possible to request a model change. After opening the return request using the procedures indicated above, contact us to inform us of the replacement colour/size.

Shipping of the exchange is free.

The refund is made by canceling the purchase transaction.

If you are interested in making another purchase we can load the amount as a credit into your account.

RETURN POLICIES FOR ORDERS WITH DELIVERY OUTSIDE ITALY

It is possible to return the items within 14 days from the delivery date only by shipping to the office with shipping costs and organization at the buyer's expense.

To proceed with the return it is necessary to write to us at the email address online-store@tataitalia.com indicating the order number and item to be returned. You will then receive an acknowledgment message from us after which you can ship the items.

For returns of international orders it is not possible to request exchanges. If you need to change size or colour, you will need to write to us for a return with refund and a new order will then be created with the new details. You will then have to repay the shipping costs.


PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR NOT COMPLIANT WITH THE ORDER

We do our best to always ship goods that conform to the purchase and are free from defects. Numerous checks ensure that what is shipped corresponds to what is selected on our site.

In the unlikely event that what you receive does not reflect the order placed, and/or if it has defects, you must contact our customer support at the email online-store@tataitalia.com providing order reference and photos demonstrating the anomaly found.

Our staff will contact you immediately to find an appropriate solution to the reported case.

Reports regarding defects and discrepancies from the purchase must be sent no later than 48 hours after delivery. Requests received after 48 hours cannot be taken into consideration, therefore we recommend carefully checking the goods received upon delivery.


IMPORTANT:

  • From our observation, the goods must be delivered within 7 days (in case of shipping, the shipping date will be taken into consideration). In the event that the period is not respected, the return procedure will be interrupted and any exchanges or refunds will not be processed. If in these cases the goods have nevertheless been shipped or forcibly left in the store, they will remain available to the buyer in the same place where they were left (or shipped). The buyer will therefore have to arrange for the recovery of the returned amount at his own expense.
  • Before returning the goods, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them. If you send them, you will have to reuse the packaging in which you received them or an alternative one of equal strength. Shipments made without an envelope to cover the shoe box will not be accepted. Shipments made by affixing the label or adhesive tape directly to the shoe box will make the product unsellable and consequently a refund CANNOT BE ISSUED
  • If you return the item to one of our stores, you have the option of exchanging the item on site for one of equal value, even if you requested a refund when opening the return procedure.
  • Returns made without our confirmation where the goods show obvious signs of use or wear will not be accepted or refunded.

In these cases the goods will remain available to the buyer in the place where the return took place. The buyer will therefore have to arrange for the recovery of the returned amount at his own expense.

  • Any shipping costs incurred during the purchase are never refundable
  • Credit times can vary from a few working days up to 4 weeks. Tata Italia cannot in any way influence these timings as they are independent of its own actions.

Receipt of the automatic notification of refund issue certifies the issue of the same and communicates that Tata Italia is no longer in possession of the sum paid. If you have any doubts about re-crediting the sum, you can contact your bank or digital wallet for further information.
