SHIPPING TIMES
On tataitalia.com, shipping is free for orders over 30.00 euros throughout Italy via the Bartolini courier. Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please enter an address where someone is normally present to receive the package. In case of absence during delivery, the same will be attempted again the following day. After the second unsuccessful attempt, you will be left a notice and you will have to personally collect the package at the Bartolini branch indicated on the notice itself. From the date of the notice you have 5 days to collect your package.
In case of orders with more than one item, delivery may be made in separate shipments.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 30.00 euros throughout Italy.
In Europe, shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the number of items purchased. Charges are calculated during the purchasing process.

Order processing and product delivery is estimated within 5 working days. This timing is calculated from the date of confirmation of shipment, which may vary depending on the availability of the items purchased.
During the sales period, delivery times may be extended.
Deliveries abroad are made within 15 working days.
As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online.
