If your purchase does not meet your expectations, or if you need to change size or color, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned intact, unused, with the tag and in the original box. Used items, items without tags or in general returned in conditions different from those received will not be refunded.

If you have yet to decide on your purchase, we recommend that you try the shoes on for as little time as possible and that you do so on a soft, clean surface, such as a carpet, to minimize signs of wear and tear from trying them on.
